At the risk of also being criticised for my IQ..... nevertheless the question again: Has a plug with Swiss standard been fitted in the meantime or are we still in the adapter area? :) Many thanks for an answer

You still need the stupid adapter that prevents the hoover from standing firmly on the floor. If you want to do it differently, you can fit a plug yourself. As the housing is insulated, this should not be a problem.
Adapter area, still! Or just fit the plugs yourself...
I would like to buy this hoover. I am therefore interested to know what the problem is with the plug? Why should I replace it with a Swiss plug myself? I don't understand that.

We are in Austria and there was no problem with the plug. You may need to contact the seller.
