The tester probably simply misunderstood this. In-ear buds automatically have a certain degree of passive noise cancelling because you have to put them in your ear. The Transparent Hearing function does not deactivate active noise cancelling, as he wrongly assumed, but only amplifies the ambient noise that is picked up by the microphones.
Hello
If it is "worth it" for you, you can order the charging case directly from Sennheiser:
https://de-ch.sennheiser.com/momentum-true-wireless-charging-case
Alternatively, you can also place a special customer order at "Interdiscount". Just ask a salesperson if they do that.
Good luck.
The headphones here are the first model without ANC.
The second Sennheiser link leads to the successor model -> Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2 (In-Ear, White, ANC)
Definitely. Due to their light weight, they are not annoying at all (tested while jogging and in the gym). I also tested them in the rain, they didn't break even in heavy precipitation. However, sometimes it can be difficult to operate (if you have wet hands due to rain/sweat) and at times the control panel may not respond. You also have to be aware that these headphones have no internal memory, so you have to have your mobile phone or smartwatch with you.
You can contact our customer service directly. https://www.digitec.ch/de/information/contactInformation Then we can clarify individually whether we can obtain such a spare part. Unfortunately, we cannot offer many spare parts directly through our shop.
Yes, the Momentum phones are compatible. When connecting, pairing must be initiated on the earpads for approx. 10 seconds. Jogging only possible with Apple Watch with SIM card. Otherwise the iPhone must also come along
Pairing only works with one device at a time. However, if the device already knows the Sennheiser MOMENTUM, the pairing works automatically and quite quickly.
You can make the headphones louder with the InEars (long press on the right InEar or the left one) and with the mobile phone. From my point of view, they are not quieter, but you can't hear anything around you and people can't hear your music.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not give any exact information on this. The question has been forwarded to our community so that someone who owns this product can answer it as soon as it is out.
