Is it possible that the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless headphones are very quiet compared to other InEars?

You can make the headphones louder with the InEars (long press on the right InEar or the left one) and with the mobile phone. From my point of view, they are not quieter, but you can't hear anything around you and people can't hear your music.
