Is the towel rail from the second picture available for each cable? I would like to order 5 cables. But I don't know if I have room for the 5 towel rails ;-)

As the Galaxy S9 is equipped with a USB-C port, this cable should indeed be compatible.

I am using this cable to connect my laptop Lenovo L13 Yoga to a screen Samsung C34J791WRT but there's no image. The laptop detects the cable and is charging, but image though. Any suggestions? I have tried different ports and also switching the input/sources options but still no luck.

Can I use this cable to connect my screen Samsung C34J791WTR to a Lenovo L13 Yoga laptop, not only for image display but also for powering the laptop?

I'm using this cable to power my MacBook from an adapter (not from screen), but the screen you listed above does have a USB-C Thunderbolt port with 85W power delivery. So technically, this screen should be able to charge your laptop over this cable.
