Try pressing the power button on the remote control until the TV resets. Press and hold until the QLED logo appears again. This is also how I solve HDMI problems.
I solved the problem by using an EXT4 formatted HDD, because Tizen is a Linux based OS. Check how your HDD is formatted, exFAT or NTFS may also give good performance results.

The unit itself can't do it, a Sat's receiver accordingly is necessary, there are some houses with system via antenna connection, then they don't need

Apparently they are identical or look the same, but experience has shown that they are either made in a different year or for a different country. I bought Samsung QE55Q85R (55") because it said year of manufacture 2019, but Samsung has an unclear policy on this...

Hi benito, one connect box is for using apple tv and apple remote, for example, without it it's a TV, with the box it's a SmartTV and does a lot more.
So how much a showroom device is worn, I don't know, depends on the case, usually they are as good as new, it should be in the description. Unless you have a display, the rest is up to you.
Have fun with it, it's a good device, I liked it. Of course it's custom, check it out in a showroom first.

No, the unit only has an optical Toslink output. So you could use a converter to convert the optical signal to analogue. I use these:
FiiO Taishan D03K Coaxial/Optical to Analogue Audio Converter (Digital -> Analogue)

Nowadays, optical/digital outputs are standard.
However, this can easily be solved with a Toslink/analogue line adapter.
e.g. Digitus Digital to Analogue Audio Conv. (Stereo, Digital -> Analogue, Black)

I have the Q70R from Samsung, which fits very well in terms of size, sound, etc.. The Q80R should also fit well. Actually, all manufacturers are compatible.

New and directly from stock. Showroom just means that you can check out the TV at one of the Digitec stores. At some point those units will be sold aswell, but they will be clearly marked, usually as "As good as new + tested" or "Used and tested" like the items found here: https://www.digitec.ch/en...
