What is the difference between QE55Q85R (10469975) and GQ55Q85RGTXZG (12802512)?

Apparently they are identical or look the same, but experience has shown that they are either made in a different year or for a different country. I bought Samsung QE55Q85R (55") because it said year of manufacture 2019, but Samsung has an unclear policy on this...
