Question about Samsung QE55Q85R
Hello, I bought a Samsung L& SAM QEE55Q85R QLED in 2020. Now after, almost to the day, 2 years it no longer works. I turn it on and see the Samsung QLED logo. Then the picture "flashes" and it switches off again. The TV then repeats the whole thing by itself. I have already disconnected all connections except for the power and the connection from the box to the TV, but it didn't help. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.

Try pressing the power button on the remote control until the TV resets. Press and hold until the QLED logo appears again. This is also how I solve HDMI problems.
I have exactly the same problem after 3.5 years. The TV also crashed frequently before, Samsung is unfortunately worse than its reputation. I am now buying a new one from another brand.
Have you tried a new mains cable?
