You would have to format the hard drive exFAT for it to work.
Normally one should not lose the warranty by opening the pc. Does it have a seal? It's much worse not to open it if you don't clean the interior and the fans of dust from time to time. Well, it may not be optimal to install games on an external drive, but it is possible.
SSD T1 = Product from 2015, Black plastic housing, lightweight, micro USB 3 Type B connector. SSD T3 = Product from 2016, metal housing, heavier, reversible USB Type C connector. In addition, the products are likely to differ internally in terms of the controller.
In principle, this should work without drivers or with USB Plug and Play. However, it is not recommended to use an SSD to store movies or music, especially if it is connected to a Bluray player via USB. SSDs are many times faster than conventional hard disks because they use flash memory instead of magnetic disks. Take a conventional hard disk instead, they have more space and cost less, because the USB controller in the hard disk and the USB controller in the Bluray player probably won't give you any advantages when you use an SSD. Greetings
Hi Angelo The SSD can only be recognised by the computer if the necessary drivers are installed. This has to be done once on each device, then the T1 can be used normally. Kind regards
Yes, that is not a problem. But it should be Win 7 or newer (we have already had some problems with older operating systems).
