According to the documentation, this monitor does not have a VESA mounting option and can only be placed with the supplied stand. Therefore, if you need a mount, choose a monitor that has a VESA standard mount option.
I am using the display with a Macbook Air (2020). It works without problems with the following adapter: Satechi ST-TCDMMAM
Yes, it will, but I would still look around as an alternative if I were you.
Yes, very good. We are currently using one in the home office as well.
Works perfectly for me. I use this combination every day. Macbook PRO 13 inch with Touchbar Retina Display
According to my information, this monitor offers 10-bit colour depth.
No, but it has a 10bit display. HDR simply means that the display has 8bit colour depth. But the Samsung is not HDR certified. Excuse me for my French. I live in Switzerland :)
Its almost literaly the same thing but since the price isnt big at all, i would go with the more expensive one. But i would recoment looking at some side by side or in general some youtube review videos.
Unfortunately, the monitor has no VESA holes for mounting a bracket.
Hello Unfortunately, the monitor does not have VESA holes for mounting a bracket. Kind regards
Of course, a PS4 Pro or anything with HDMI can be connected. In addition, a laptop or PC could also be connected via Displayport.
Unfortunately not.
For strategy games ok, but for shooters etc. all 60hz displays are not suitable.
No, it fits perfectly for working with the monitor.
I first connected the monitor with an adapter from Mini HDMI to HDMI, it didn't work. Then with a new direct cable from Mini HDMI to HDMI and it worked, graphics card GeForce GTX 970.
I use it with Lenovo Yoga 500 and Lenovo C340 with HDMI and I am very satisfied.
Hello, I can't help you with the answer about the graphics card. However, I have connected this Samsung monitor to a docking station of my old Surface2 as an extended monitor - no problems. At the same time, I have attached the same monitor to an old PC. Switching the monitor using the "button joystick" on the back of the Samsung was possible without any problems. The challenge was: the Samsung monitor only has 1 HDMI and 1 Displayport connection. So you need two different cables. I also bought DisplayPort cables at Digitec: Lindy cable Mini DisplayPort/HDMI 4K30 (DP: passive) 2m mDP plug to HDMI plug (2m)
Yes, I just received it 2 days ago, what is it exactly? I play games regularly, but I bought it for multimedia purposes. So far I haven't had any problems while gaming :)
If you mean the width of the screen: it measures exactly 71cm. The height from the table measures: 52cm
No, unfortunately not.
With my MBP it works with HDMI. However, your computer may be running a little hotter. So many pixels are not without their own.
An HDMI - HDMI cable of just under 2m is included.
The circle can be removed, but there is no VESA mount. Check the last picture to see that better. To hang it, you will need to mock the leg somehow, as that is the only strong mounting point on the back side.
For operation in desktop mode or for surfing, the integrated graphics unit of a current processor is also sufficient without problems. With this solution, the main memory is also used as graphics memory. For business use (most programmes, mails, browsers, Office, etc.), dedicated models with 2GB graphics memory are also sufficient without any problems.
