Can I use two of these monitors (via docking station) for my HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 (item no. 9154015) or would this be overkill? Can I use the full potential of these monitors with my graphics card (Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620)?
Hello, I can't help you with the answer about the graphics card. However, I have connected this Samsung monitor to a docking station of my old Surface2 as an extended monitor - no problems. At the same time, I have attached the same monitor to an old PC. Switching the monitor using the "button joystick" on the back of the Samsung was possible without any problems. The challenge was: the Samsung monitor only has 1 HDMI and 1 Displayport connection. So you need two different cables. I also bought DisplayPort cables at Digitec:
