Yes, that was included with me. But it's also great that the tripod works really well with Arca Swiss plates. I would buy this tripod again and again.

Since the year is 2022, the manual is valid "from 2021" and it shows exactly what you described. So I don't see the problem.

Tripods are universally usable. Of course, any Sony camera will fit on them.
I think that all tripod screw sizes are in the same range, so there shouldn't be any problems. Personally I use the Panasonic Lumix G5 with no worries with this tripod, it's a plate that you screw into the camera which makes attaching to the tripod very practical, it's not necessary to screw for a long time into the camera every time you want to use the tripod. But to be 100% sure you should look at the data sheets of both products in relation to the size of the thread and the screw.

Tripod is Arca Swiss. Hasselblad has different standards as far as I know, so I wouldn't assume that.

Always stay decent. We can well do without this tone here. Buy it elsewhere if it's too expensive for you here. The tripod is crap anyway.
