This is some kind of usb to hollow plug cable. I have not found a suitable one on Galaxus.

According to our research, this set includes all the accessories needed to operate the device.
Charging is not possible in the enclosure because the batteries are in series. The current would cause the first battery to burst before the last one in the series even started charging.
It needs a charger, because here they are wired in parallel, and charging-specific electronics also help.
