How can I charge the Gameboy when the battery is inside? I can't use the powerbank with the cable. Or do I have to connect it to the PC or is the cable only for use without the battery? And how do I charge the batteries? They have Re Charge?

Charging is not possible in the enclosure because the batteries are in series. The current would cause the first battery to burst before the last one in the series even started charging.
It needs a charger, because here they are wired in parallel, and charging-specific electronics also help.
