You need the bridge here in any case. These lamps cannot be operated without it. You can then connect the bridge to google home and use it for voice control.
The base is supplied with the power supply. The power supply has three slots to connect the first lamp and one or two extensions. The extension does not have a power supply unit.
Innotec double-sided adhesive tape usually solves the problem for me. It is very important to get the surface free of grease and dust, so I use this company's cleaner and then press very hard and long so that the glue is activated.
Yes, that is possible. The scope of delivery includes a floor stand and an adhesive mount. I don't use it in the classic sense behind the TV, but as an indirect wall lamp.
According to my information, the cable is 2m long.
The lamp reacts to music, films and video games and the device doesn't matter :-)
It is possible. Just download the HUE Sync App for your PC (https://www2.meethue.com/en-us/entertainment/hue-sync) and then follow the instructions.)
The Hue Sync app must be running on the TV. It does not matter where the picture comes from.
For me it is a "click", but with several lamps. Phillips has been silent about this for two years.
the person at the DIY store is certainly nice and can help you, so take this part to the DIY store and simply ask...
As far as I know, they come with the black plug that always has room for a total of 3 lamps. I use it like this. 1 adapter on the TV for 3 lamps and then I have an adapter from the purchase of a play set on the PC and use it for lighting when I have calls. Works great. You can also create different entertainment areas to control them that way. But remember that if they are in the other room and you have connected them normally in the WHZ and say WHZ on, they will also come on in the other room. I haven't found a solution for this yet.
No, this luminaire is intended to be connected to an existing setup. A bridge and a power supply unit are required.
No, you can't. You may be able to switch the lamp on and off by plugging and unplugging the power cable, but that is probably of little use to you. Within the Philips Hue universe, you always need the Hue Bridge as a control centre. There are then different ways to control the lamp, with different things like apps, voice assistants or Hue light switches.
Yes, if the Hue Bridge and the Hue Sync Box are available. However, only content that runs via an HDMI signal through the Hue Sync Box can be synchronised. (Apps from the TV/cable TV will not be synced).
Yes, the bracket supplied can also be screwed into the middle of the lamp and thus be attached horizontally to the wall without any problems. For indirect lighting of the wall, however, I would rather attach the lamp to the back of the TV.
Yes, I also use it simply as a bedside lamp.
Hello Filipd As far as I know, unfortunately not, as many people buy the starter pack first and then the additional lamps without the plug. In the event of a defect in the plug, I would go to the warranty or write to Philips itself via customer support. Hope I could help. Happy holidays and a happy new year.
9 cm long, 5 cm wide and 4 cm deep plus CH plug.
Addition: sorry Basis set has only 1 lamp and adapter But the only difference between Basis and extensions is the power adapter with 3 connections:)
You need the Philips hue app, it costs nothing
