Philips Hue Outdoor Motion Detectors
12 m
Just unpacked and installed: Can confirm that the temperature is measured.
Yes, according to my own research, this is possible. Look here: https://www2.meethue.com/de-ch/p/hue-outdoor-bewegungsmelder/8718699625474
Dismantle the holder (one screw at the bottom), then loosen the 4 screws and remove the cover and you will see 2 x 2 AA batteries that you can replace. The cover comes off a little more easily through the seal! I hope I could help you. Greetings Bernd
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on this yet. :-(

The Philips Hue Outdoor motion detector only works fully when it is connected to the Philips Hue Bridge. The bridge is necessary to enable automatic control and the various settings via the Philips Hue app. Without the bridge, the sensor cannot perform the full functions such as automating the lighting and control via the smartphone or tablet.
Automatically generated from the .Hello, It depends on the number of boo accessories you have, the more bulbs and accessories you have the better it works because it acts as a relay for the zigbee, have a good evening.

No, the Philips Hue Outdoor motion sensor does not necessarily have to be located near the bridge to work. The sensor communicates with the Philips Hue Bridge via the ZigBee protocol, but it can be installed in different places in and around the house as long as it remains within the ZigBee network of the Bridge. The sensor is wireless and battery-powered, which allows for flexible installation without having to place it directly near the bridge.
Automatically generated from the .Yes, that is possible. However, the motion detectors do not talk to each other, i.e. if one of the detectors switches the light on first and then switches it off again after 5 minutes, it will do so after 5 minutes, regardless of whether you have walked past the second detector 3 minutes later.
If you can't find a spare part here at Digitec, I would probably ask Philips directly if they have anything like that in their range or if they can send it to you. And otherwise I can only think of AliExpress - you can usually find everything there 😅
Hello Panesini Yes, that should work. I have also created such a scene with a Philips Hue-compatible switch from Sunricher (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/sunricher-funk-schaltaktor-zigbee-30-400-w-smart-home-hub-22886990). It works perfectly.
Yes, the configuration is very flexible. After the movement action (e.g. white light), the hue lamps can be set to the previous status (e.g. red light), switched off or set to a new status.
My motion detector is at 2m and the cats have never set it off - the lower the higher the chances probably.
Yes...and Philips doesn't mention that.
Brightness is also displayed - at least in Apple HomeKit. Why this is generally not possible in the HUE app, the ghosts know......
You can. It's hard to say exactly how many. About 5-6 if you can believe the blog. https://hueblog.de/2017/11/08/wie-viele-sensoren-und-schalter-koennen-mit-einer-bridge-gekoppelt-werden/?cn-reloaded=1 Greetings Ullei
