The non-active SIM card is always in 3G, while the active one is always in 4G. Attention: 5G is not possible with dual-SIM operation, by the way. They are working on it, they say...
Unfortunately, that was also the case for me... I ordered it and it said 2 weeks delivery time. The two weeks then turned into 2 months until it finally arrived. But I think that because the demand is so high, the suppliers simply can't keep up with the deliveries...
I have never tried whether 5G works or not. It costs 120.- per year with Sunrise...
For WIFI calling in Switzerland you need a little hack, but it works. Here I have written a detailed tutorial about it:

Wifi Calling on the Wingo/Swisscom network works, but not out-of-the-box. you have to activate it via an external tool. after that it works fine. I don't know about Sunrise.
I use it with wingo and it works quite well. You have to do a bit of googling to activate wifi calling, but once it's activated it works fine. wingo doesn't have 5G at the moment, so I can't say anything about it.
Hello yes this smartphone supports the wifi calling with sunrise on the other hand it is necessary to know that this telephone if you use two SIM cards since it is dual SIM you will not be able to surf in 5 G because it is necessary to choose either the function dual Sim or the 5G I do not know if I am clear
Hi Joel
I pre-ordered it and got it on release day. Everything worked perfectly. I am very happy with the Nord. But I think the delivery times from OnePlus are high, Digitec says about 2 weeks. I think the product is in high demand.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work. I bought the OnePlus North, and I am also very satisfied. However, I have NO 5G reception with Swisscom at the moment.
Hello Bond0088, yes Sunrise supports WiFi Calling (https://www.sunrise.ch/de/privatkunden/mobil-abos/mobilnetz/wificalling.html)
I had already tried it out successfully. But since I have good reception, I have deactivated it again. Best regards
Hello everyone,
actually, the CPU of the OnePlus Nord is faster in single-core and slightly slower in multi-core than that of the OnePlus 6.
According to "kimovil.com", it is graphically around 20,000 points (in the Antutu benchmark) faster than the OnePlus 6.
However, the OnePlus North is not about having as much performance as possible, but about being something good for the "everyday user". A device that will be updated for a long time and can withstand everyday use without problems. Especially when it comes to battery life, the Nord is ahead.
If you want a good, up-to-date device with correspondingly good performance, I recommend you go for the OnePlus 7T, as it has become a lot cheaper in the meantime and can definitely keep up with all the latest games.
OnePlus 7T Pro (8GB) (256GB, Haze blue, 6.67", Dual SIM, 48Mpx, 4G)
Kind regards
Niklas
I have a question about the 5G support of the OnePlus nord on the Swisscom network. According to this website:
https://www.kimovil.com/fr/frequency-checker/CH/oneplus-z
it supports 5G on the Swisscom network, but I read a lot in the questions and answers on Digitec that it doesn't support 5G on the Swisscom network because the Oxygen software is not designed for Swisscom. Oneplus doesn't sell this smartphone officially in Switzerland, so I'm a bit confused. Thank you very much for the answers.
My battery on my current smartphone has "ballooned". So much so that even the display has bent. A very dangerous thing, so I quickly had to look for an alternative.
Well, my order is exactly one month old today.
When I ordered it, it said: Available, 5 pieces in the external warehouse. 10 days later, I was told that the delivery would be delayed. All well and good, but my current phone is not interested in this. The ticking time bomb continues.
Dear Digitec, can you please deliver promptly? I would like to redeem my current smartphone. This is also to prevent a fire. Thank you
