I have had the OnePlus Nord since April this year. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth connection keeps causing problems (connection to Smart Watch or other devices cannot be established or keeps breaking off) whenever the phone is connected to a WiFi network. Do other users also have this problem? I am thinking of sending the device in under warranty...
Bluetooth works fine for me, I would try resetting to factory settings or send back under warranty
No problem for me either. I notice though that sometimes if I am in a room with many electronic devices nearby (my iMac, a portable and several phones) the connection is not reliable and breaks for short moments. Have you tried in a "silent" environment?
I have had no problems. I suggest you send it back under warranty.
