Good evening. Since OnePlus only offers the black version with "8GB Ram, 128GB storage", I assume that only the green and blue versions will get 12GB Ram. So if you want the version with more memory, you will unfortunately have to do without black and go for either green or blue. Kind regards Julian
I have not found a shop in Switzerland that delivers a UAG case to Switzerland for the 8 Pro. Amazon.de delivers it for about 6. I don't know if digitec likes it when I post Amazon links here, but if you search for "Urban Armor Gear Plasma Hülle OnePlus 8 Pro Schutzhülle", you should find it. Otherwise I don't know of any good cases.
Hello, scratches on the film do not mean scratches on the glass. Basically, I would advise you not to buy this device. I bought this phone from Digitec. 2 weeks later the camera glass broke. Digitec offered to send it in and repair it. 3 weeks later I got the message that this device cannot be repaired and they offered me a new device at a price of Fr. 799. As I did not want to accept that Digtec sells devices that cannot be repaired and does not say so at the time of sale. It is my 5th and last One Plus that I have bought, and the last ever that I have bought from this company. By the way, I am still waiting for my device today. It was sent in at the beginning of September. So my opinion... Hands off. This is just the short story, there is a lot more to come. I have now contacted Kassensturz for the first time. This is usually not my thing, but maybe this will bring me something, my last hope, lg.
Unfortunately the phone doesn't work with Swisscom 5G. There seem to be answers by OnePlus that imply a software update fixing this may come, but I wouldn't hope unless they get some legal pressure to do so.
5G does not work in dual sim mode. This is what One+ has told me. As I use Dual Sim, I cannot answer this question. But clarify it directly in a Swisscom shop.
According to the One Plus site:

(Note: Actual network and frequency band usage depends on local operator. n1,n3,n7,n28 will be supported by upgrades later.)
The Oneplus 8 Pro is compatible with any wireless charger. It simply depends on how fast you want to charge your phone. For example, if you buy a 10W wireless charger, it will take much longer than if you buy the Oneplus wireless charger that charges your phone at 30W.
