I don't think this statement is correct that the 12GB/256GB version is not offered in black. The named version is available on the OnePlus website. Presumably Digitec will also be able to get and offer it, but I'm not sure. Personally, I would also like this version.

The 12GB/256GB variant in black is currently only available in the USA. In the EU, only the 8GB black version is available.
Since many electronics suppliers are currently having delivery problems, I assume that the EU version in black will follow soon.
In Switzerland, a 12GB China variant is currently available.
