Hello Info I can only give you a limited answer as we have other printers: MC362 and C531dn. However, in addition to the toners, we also (rarely) need a fuser unit, but also a drum unit and the transfer ribbon. So there are actually 3 different things... all clear ? Greetings, Mika
Probably not. The fuser unit "burns" the toner powder onto the paper. It's a heater. Assume that the sheet is evenly warm. Check the transfer unit (conveyor belt) Retrieve data from history, possibly EOL.

Yes, the fuser unit is also compatible with the MC562 model.
