If the printer no longer prints red and prints green on a black and white image, is the fuser unit defective? It has enough toner colour.
Probably not. The fuser unit "burns" the toner powder onto the paper. It's a heater.
Assume that the sheet is evenly warm.
Check the transfer unit (conveyor belt) Retrieve data from history, possibly EOL.
