Yes it can. It is also described accordingly on page 6 of the operating instructions: You can use the BTX 1000 during the charging process.
Hello! I also had this once, but only in a certain combination between charging the mobile phone, charging the Oehlbach and having the sat nav plugged in.... Are you charging the mobile phone at the same time?
BTX 1000 receives Bluetooth data and sends it via cinch to a system with cinch input. E.g. Blutoth from a mobile phone to a car radio with cinch input.

No, the BTX 1000 cannot be connected directly to Swisscom TV 2.0. However, it can be connected to a mobile phone, tablet, PC... on which Swisscom TV is running.
