Is this receiver compatible with the Avantree Oasis Long Range transmitter?

The oasis as a transmitter and the Oehlbracht as a receiver, for connection between devices without integrated Bluetooth.

I have consulted the data sheet of the Aventree Oasis. It is APT-X compatible. So what would be the use of the Oehlbach?
