Hello, I still have one lying around in O.V. I ordered it on 14.5.19. It has version 12.00.17.06 on it. greetings
Let us hope that it is new and in its original packaging ... otherwise it would be offered here separately as a second-hand item. Actually, Galaxus customer service could answer this better, but that's just it: Online shops don't want to "phone", but sell, sell, sell, ... I didn't find a phone number either - try the live chat during business hours.
By the way, new is relative. You are probably buying this Banana-Phone after a (years-)long maturing period (banana box, high-bay warehouse) in unopened original packaging ... new?
Hello, no it does not come pre-installed. You have to insert a sim card to be able to update the OS. After that, you can use the phone fully, even with Whatsapp.
What language is the phone currently in? If it is in English, open the Settings menu, select Personalisation and then Language.

Yes, WhatsApp now also works with the Nokia 8110! This is made possible by a 38MB update of the KaiOS operating system. However, not automatically! You must first update the operating system of your smartphone, i.e. carry out a software update. Then reboot and open the KaiStore. Then simply download and install WhatsApp. Have fun

We are still clarifying this. In all likelihood, however, it is not possible to listen to music on this device and thus not to transmit/listen via Bluetooth over speakers.
