According to my research, you would need a special adapter to connect this controller to another console wirelessly. It might work with a cable, but I wouldn't recommend it because the shoulder buttons on the Pro Controller are digital and not analogue like the original Xbox and PS controllers.

yes. in retropie, search for new controllers in bluetooth, then press and hold the sync button on the pro controller. otherwise google/youtube helps out. Sometimes it makes a bit of a mess when you try to connect it to the switch again, or the switch doesn't find the controller straight away (maybe it's just me).

The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller does not work with the Nintendo Switch 2. It is only designed for use with the original Nintendo Switch. There is a separate Pro Controller for the Nintendo Switch 2, which is not compatible with the first Switch.

Surprisingly, you actually can use this controller with a PC as well. But you'll have to bring your own bluetooth connector, if your pc doesn't have it already.
