I wouldn't recommend a 200 for a kit up to 140, if anything then up to 300, there are good Nikon 70-300 or better 55-300 in the range of less than Fr. 400.- with cash back, I changed from Tamron to Nikon later, fits better.

The normal warranty is also only 2 years. Only if you register with Nikon can you apply for a third year.
