Questions about Nello One - Smarter

Does anyone know what will happen next? I got a message from Nello today that the operation will be discontinued on 18.10. @ Digitec in fairness you should think about stopping the sale of the product. Here is the message from Nello. Hi, unfortunately we are forced to stop the operation of the nello server on 18.10., so that your nello one will only work until then. This is happening against the background that, despite great efforts, we have unfortunately not been able to find an investor or buyer in the past 8 months who would invest in the further development and maintenance of nello. disappointed_relieved Therefore, on 1 October, insolvency proceedings had to be opened against the company behind nello - LOCUMI LABS GmbH. The website has been down for a few days. The product no longer works. @digitec possibly stop sale? Does anyone know more?

Does anyone know what happens if the company goes bust? https://stadt-bremerhaven.de/deutsches-startup-nello-geht-in-die-insolvenz/ What will happen to the equipment then? 149.- in the sand? Someone still has to run the cloud...

Why is this product still being sold? The company is insolvent and the app has not been able to be operated for a good 3 weeks.

Does this product still work now? One reads here that the company filed for insolvency and then the servers will be discontinued on 18 October 2019.

Does this work with any intercom system?

It is imperative that you run a compatibility check of your door buzzer at https://www.nello.io/en/nello-one — my buzzer is only compatible with Nello One 13 and after speaking with Nello tech support they mentioned that the "normal" Nello would not work at all.

Has anyone already tried this out together with Alexa? How reliably does it work and, above all, how fast is it from the command to the opening of the door?

The instructions from Nello are wrong for the Koch Ecoos system. I contacted Nello customer service more than a week ago (with photos etc.) and get absolutely no response - not even an acknowledgement of receipt - is this standard with Nello?

According to the compatibility check on the nello website, I need a special Nello for our Bticino Swing Video, a Nello One 13. Is this the version digitec sells?
