The instructions from Nello are wrong for the Koch Ecoos system. I contacted Nello customer service more than a week ago (with photos etc.) and get absolutely no response - not even an acknowledgement of receipt - is this standard with Nello?
In the meantime, customer service has been in touch. they have a problem with the Incident Mangagement Tool. The problems could be solved.
Before I bought Nello, I had made a request via hello@nello.io and got an answer within a day. I installed the now purchased Nello on our TC30 from Koch and it works perfectly :)
Nello completely shuts himself off by telephone, referring to the FAQ's on the website.
