Question about Nello One - Smarter

I don't understand digitec either - unfortunately, the product no longer works for me either. First there was an error message on the app display for a week ("Something went wrong") and then no error message - but the door didn't open any more ;-(

The product hasn't worked for me since the beginning of the year. It's a shame, because it was a good product. Now I've switched to a competitor's product. Unfortunately it's a bit bigger, but it works fine! Messages on the phone appear without delay so that I can still open the door for the delivery service while it is still standing in front of the door ...

As far as I know, the original start-up company was already insolvent in the summer/autumn of 2019 and ceased operations at that time, after which someone else continued it. Until now... since the hope for further developments was dashed for me, I have not really used the system much anymore.

Unfortunately, the opening no longer works for me either. What a pity! It's strange that it still works with "Random Access TV".
