What happens if you don't find an investor? Who will then operate the ycloud and what will happen to the nello data?

Thank you very much for your message. We filed for self-insolvency on 22.7 as a precautionary measure due to impending insolvency after talks with investors dragged on longer than planned. This gave us more time to secure financing.

Of course, we are aware that it is very important for you (and for us) to continue operating in any case. Therefore, we are currently working on various possibilities to make this possible. As we are currently in talks with various parties, we are not yet in a position to say exactly what this solution will look like. As soon as we have news for you, we will contact you.
