Hello this is normal! This is the carpet function. I think it is controlled by the air resistance. There are floors where it always switches on/off as you described. And other floors it stays off. However, with the carpet it is always on "lawn mower" :-) But it cleans floor mats etc. perfectly in this mode.

Dear Anowotar This has been a limited offer of a cash back paid directly by Miele Switzerland which meanwhile has expired. It had nothing to do with Digitec/Galaxus and was applicable only for the purchase of a new Triflex. Keep your eyes open as there are still good deals available from times to times. Best regards Peter PS I am still absolutely convinced that the Triflex is the best hand held vacuum cleaner on the market - so better wait ;-)

Good day Unfortunately, the HX1 (basic version) does not have floor lighting... It's best to ask the question about the HX1 cat&dog model or the HX2 series models with floor lighting, someone will be able to help you there 😉 Good luck

Either the carpet is blocking it (perhaps its hairs are too long), or once it is blocked it stays blocked and you have to restart it with the 3-notch on/off button. In case it no longer works at all, check whether the components are attached properly.

Everything as in the pictures. A battery, charger and wall mount are included. I can highly recommend the device. We use it every day. Works perfectly on stone floors as well as on carpets.

oiled parquet is the best there is! and absolutely insensitive and easy to clean! (i recommend woca care products). i have this vacuum cleaner myself and oiled oak parquet. there are certainly no signs of saying that. but a parquet floor should be treated like a floor and not like furniture. that is, you should see that you live on it... but to your question: the vacuum cleaner does not give any signs on your floor! greetings

if you have 5,5cm you get 16cm underneath, that means with the brush. if you put the motor on top you get about 40cm underneath with 11cm... greetings

This corresponds to the Cat&Dog model in terms of equipment. However, it also has a second battery and a second charger. The housing colour is brown instead of black (Cat&Dog). The Pro version is not available everywhere in Switzerland. You can order it at Fust. We have the Cat&Dog and are very satisfied. So far, we haven't missed the second battery.
