Question about Miele Triflex HX1
Hello Why does the brush of my HX1 only rotate on smooth surfaces and no longer on the carpet?
Either the carpet is blocking it (perhaps its hairs are too long), or once it is blocked it stays blocked and you have to restart it with the 3-notch on/off button.
In case it no longer works at all, check whether the components are attached properly.
