Hello, recently there has been a problem with the lighting on the floor nozzle:
Switch on, light comes on briefly, then goes out - can be repeated as often as you like, and this is not a loose connection!
Does anyone know this problem - an answer would be nice - MfG

Unfortunately, the HX1 (basic version) does not have floor lighting...
It's best to ask the question about the HX1 cat&dog model or the HX2 series models with floor lighting, someone will be able to help you there 😉
