Then I apologise. Not quite, because the device has Windows Phone. When making calls, you can choose which SIM card to use. In the settings it is possible to choose which SIM is used for calls. The SMS are sent to the phone number but they are controlled by the main card. With the SMS it is a bit difficult. According to the Lumia data sheet itself, or rather the manual.

699 euro (there are certainly better prices) incl. 20% VAT ... So minus 20% plus 8% gives 615 euro and that gives 676.50fr ... So now why not in Switzerland DT-904 + HD-500 for free ?

In a nutshell: No. If there had been a price increase in the meantime, you wouldn't have had to pay it. Prices change relatively often on digitec.ch, which is sometimes a curse and sometimes a blessing.
The devices are "unbranded".
