With dual-sim, is it possible to specify a card via which calls should always go out? This would be important for operation in the car with Bluetooth connection to the HFCK.
Then I apologise. Not quite, because the device has Windows Phone. When making calls, you can choose which SIM card to use. In the settings it is possible to choose which SIM is used for calls. The SMS are sent to the phone number but they are controlled by the main card. With the SMS it is a bit difficult. According to the Lumia data sheet itself, or rather the manual.
With good dual-SIM devices, you can select the desired SIM.
- either preset for calls, SMS, Internet
- or select it manually directly before each action
How the presetting is done varies slightly from device to device. Usually it works via a simple setting in the menu. However, there are also mobile phones that only allow certain functions for a specific SIM slot anyway. Older or simple models, for example, only allow mobile internet with the main card. Then you have to insert the desired SIM in the corresponding slot. More details can be found in the respective operating instructions, for example.
