Microsoft.fr has this offer : http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msfr/fr_FR/pdp/productID.326664100?icid=PhoneR_modA_950XL DT-904 + HD-500 for free. Why is this not the same here in Switzerland ?

699 euro (there are certainly better prices) incl. 20% VAT ... So minus 20% plus 8% gives 615 euro and that gives 676.50fr ... So now why not in Switzerland DT-904 + HD-500 for free ?

Have you looked at the price? in FR the device costs 699 euro. converted approx. 750fr. here it costs 679.00 you can buy the adapter in addition and are thus on the same price XD The French have simply included this in the sales price
