Suddenly I can no longer connect my reset Clip-Clap Switches WIFI to the WLAN 2.4 GHz. I am on the same Wi-Fi network with my iPhone. However, the MH app keeps saying that I have to connect to the WLAN, even though I am connected (to 2.4 GHz) I wonder if it has something to do with iOS 12? I have not received any help from MH support so far. Does anyone have any advice?

One customer replied directly to us by email;

I don't know exactly if it has to do with iOS 12.x, but I had the same problem.
same problem.

How it worked for me to get back online with the thing:
1) Reset Clip-Clap to factory settings (press the on/off button for a long time until it flashes).
2) With an older iOS version "add new device" -> Wifi was detected and installation was running
