As far as I can see, there is only the difference of the keyboard layout. DE and CH for the German and Swiss markets, UK and US for the English-speaking world. I would only go for US if you are developing software and are prepared to forego easy access to umlauts etc., otherwise I would go for DE or CH - depending on your preference. I suspect that especially UK and US are (grey) import versions (???) and therefore the delivery costs are passed on to the buyers because of the comparably low margin.

Helpful answer

Product images of laptops and keyboards are always illustrations and are practically never shown in the CH layout (not even by the manufacturer). However, all products at Digitec are in CH layout unless explicitly mentioned otherwise (see specifications). You will receive this keyboard with a CH layout with QWERTZ, large ENTER key and ö/é, ä/à, ü/è as you are used to.

The CH version looks like a normal CH keyboard ;) With all the usual keys and special characters. I use the keyboard at several workplaces. The DE version is more expensive because the CH version is currently on sale. Otherwise, the DE version is only about CHF 1 more expensive because it is probably purchased from a different dealer.

I can't say anything about the 900 combi. Regarding battery operation, however, I can say that I have been using the MK710 set in the shop for 3 years. The batteries of the mouse are now empty for the first time, the first batteries of the keyboard still have 50% after 3 years.
