Question about Logitech Mk710

In the last 3 years, I have had to replace this keyboard four times because the characters on the most frequently used keys became illegible. Is this normal? I have been using the last new keyboard for 3 months and the characters on the most frequently used keys are already starting to disappear. Is it possible to replace these keys individually? Where can I get the replacement keys in question?
