Is it possible to change the channel on the keyboard?
I recommend a tool like Synergy or similar virtual KVM software if you want to use peripherals seamlessly on multiple devices. The Logitech software also offers something like this, but you are limited in the ecosystem and it is not yet as mature as other software.
The Logitech Wireless Desktop MK710 uses the Logitech Unifying Receiver. This receiver makes it possible to connect several compatible Logitech devices via a single USB receiver. However, according to my research, the keyboard can only be paired with one receiver at a time.
