Nothing can be connected to this keyboard. There is only a fold-out stand that works for all normal smartphones. However, you need the Arx Control app, which is available for both Apple and Android.

The keyboard works perfectly on my Mac. Just install the Logitech software and off you go.

If you mean the reduced image below, where "Layout" is the line header: That is only a link to alternative variants of the product, in this case between the two layout variants. Click on it. With other products where you have different colours, for example, you can find the variants much more quickly, which is very useful.

This is only the case in the photo. What is important here is what is written in the brackets: (USB, CH, cable). This means that the keyboard is in CH layout.
