Why does the DE version say CH under Layout and vice versa? By the way, I just noticed that :P

If you mean the reduced image below, where "Layout" is the line header: That is only a link to alternative variants of the product, in this case between the two layout variants. Click on it.
With other products where you have different colours, for example, you can find the variants much more quickly, which is very useful.
