The new mechanical Romer-G switches, developed by Logitech, have a trigger height of 1.5 mm and a trigger pressure of just 45 g. On average, pressing a key on the Orion Spark takes only 5 ms, while competing products with mechanical switches take about 6.7 ms, and rubber dome keyboards even take 9 ms.

The 113 keys have been specifically designed for gamers. The arrangement of the G keys has been optimized for speed and accessibility. The design of the Orion Spark keycaps largely prevents accidental key presses. Two wrist rests provide maximum comfort.
