This adapter has a USB Type C connector. Unfortunately i couldn't find any more information about this product.
If the HTC Vive supports video output via USB-C, then it works.
I think your ProOne 600 PC has a Displayport, if so. You need to buy a Displayport to vga adapter. Greetings
I'm not familiar with Acer but there must be an online manual or even an Acer specific system software with related monitor settings. Or maybe there is a user forum on the Acer suport website where you can ask questions to Acer specialists.
Only if your smartphone supports video output to the USB-C port.
Yes in general you can use 4k @60Hz I have used this once so far.
I'm not quite sure I understand your question. Do you want to know if using two adapters with DVI as the target gives a better picture than a direct VGA adapter? If so, the answer is yes. VGA is an obsolete analogue image transmission standard. Alternatively, you can just buy a USB-C to DVI adapter, then you don't have to carry around two adapters.
I honestly don't know - but if in doubt, you could also buy a (mini) display port to USB-C adapter. This is my solution with a MacBook Pro 2016 and a 4K monitor. Take a look at what other connection options are available on your monitor and then choose a suitable adapter.
If you have a HDMI Port on your monitor - you can use every HDMI cable
If your MacBook has a corresponding port, the adapter can be connected.
