You need a card reader with a suitable connection for your iPhone.
Then remove the memory card from the camera, insert it into the reader and you should be able to download the photos to your iPhone.
Alternatively, with such a reader/adapter/dock, it will probably also be possible to connect the camera there and then access it from the iPhone.
No memory card or charger is included. The camera is SD, SDHC and SDXC compatible. This means that all microSD cards up to 2 TB can be used. 16 or 32 GB is a sensible size. Charging is via a standard USB-A power supply (5 V) using a micro USB cable. The cable is included.
Yes, you can take macro shots with this camera. It has a macro mode that allows you to take photos of small objects or close-ups, whereby the subject should be about 5 cm away from the lens. Macro mode can be activated via the camera menu.
