The Jabra Pro 920 Mono as well as Duo can be connected directly to the headset port of the Elmeg CS 410 and does not require any further adapters or cables.
Hello You also need a Y-cable so that the data transfer between the station and the headset works. e.g. Jabrs Link 14201 Y-cable (available at Galaxus). Jabra Link 14201-10
In my opinion, this is a problem with the (telephony?) software used and probably has little to do with the headset.
Grüezi For me it is connected to Yealink T46G. It works fine. Kind regards
You can use the following Jabra tool to assess compatibility: https://www.jabra.com.de/compatibilityguide/gallery?thirdPartyProducts=aastra_office_35 Model 920-25-508-101 appears to be listed as suitable. However, Jabra GN1000 Remote Handset Lifter is also listed as a required accessory.
Hier eine Liste mit kompatiblen Jabra-Headsets: https://www.jabra.com.de/compatibilityguide/gallery?thirdPartyProducts=alcatel-lucent_8242_dect.
I have a Yealink T46G, for example, and it works perfectly. The connections should also work on Aastra/Mitel 5370 or 5380. The list is not exhaustive.
The charging station is included in the delivery, as is the RJ-11 cable (and a LAN cable). In my opinion, all the connection options described in the instructions should be feasible. I am not sure about the compatibility; due to the universal technology and because the device simply receives the telephone signal from the telephone device, I would think that there should be no software-related exchange difficulties. The prerequisite will probably simply be that the phone has an appropriate output, but as I said, not sure.... Recommendation: consult the manual of the Jabra 920 (with all connection options) or of the phone. (Otherwise, the device is solid and reliable, by the way, I know it from business use).
Hi Lantian The Davos has a headset jack. The Jabra, however, has an RJ-11. If you want to connect a headset, you must use a headset with a 3.5 mm jack connection. So it's wired. I do the same with the Gigaset wireless phone, which is similar to the Davos.
I think you need the adapter. Jabra Link 14201-10
The Pro 920 has an RJ-11 connector for connection to a telephone. The Pro 930 has a USB for direct connection to a computer. https://www.jabra.com.de/compatibilityguide/solutions?products=jabra_pro_920&thirdPartyProducts=aastra_5370
I think there might be a problem...
Hello Helli_87 I can't answer your question exactly, as we had a different telephone (Alcatel system). Basically, it should work if the telephone is connected via a LAN line. Then the telephone output cable (handset) is plugged into Jabra and the telephone handset cable is plugged into the Jabra. In addition, you have to make a setting on the phone with headphones on/off. Otherwise it does not work. This was the case with our telephone system. AVAYA will probably have a different function.
Hier ist die Anleitung: https://www.telefonanlage-shop.de/pro900-5300#:~:text=Jabra%20PRO%20920%20Anschluss%20an%20Aastra%2FMitel%205370%20oder%205380&text=Bitte%20verbinden%20Sie%20das%20Netzteil%20mit%20der%20Basisstation%20des%20Headsets.&text=Stecken%20Sie%20das%20einzelne%20Ende,des%20Telefons%20mit%20dem%20Headsetsymbol.
We only use it with the base station (cable connection to telephony). I don't think it can be connected directly to the mobile phone.
I was using the Jabra Pro 920 as a headset only with an Astra terminal and bought the Jabra Engage 75 Stereo, which is now connected to the iMac via USB and provides full compatibility with the telephone system, the iMac and the smartphone.
Hi Eli, unfortunately I didn't find it on the Jabra compatibility list :-( - to be on the safe side, I have now asked Galaxus. I will get back to you. Best regards, Eva
No, not with the 930. I would recommend the Jabra Evolve 65 or Jabra Engage 75, depending on the desired radius.
I have installed the Mitel 5370 and the Jabra Pro 920 - despite the green button = pick up the handset and the red button = hang up the handset, unfortunately it does not work - according to the operating instructions it would be normal that the handset still has to be (physically) picked up when a call is made...or do the cracks from Galaxus have the solution?
Without an adapter, you always have to pick up or hang up the phone and the headset. EHS stands for elektronic hook switch, which simulates the lifting or replacing of the switch under the handset.
The linking is not that easy. In addition, it usually needs the EHS36 adapter. Quality and runtime super. Highly recommended. For more details please send a private message.
