What is the difference between the Jabra Pro 920 and Pro 930? Recommendation? Do I need an adapter for both headsets for the Astra 5370 phone?

The Pro 920 has an RJ-11 connector for connection to a telephone. The Pro 930 has a USB for direct connection to a computer.
