The MS is optimised for Microsoft/Skype and the UC is universal.
The UC also works perfectly with a Windows PC and Skype.
Yes, there is a jack connection. However, as far as I know, the cable was not included.
Connect yes, PC via USB and mobile phone via Bluetooth, but only one device can be used at a time.
