This runtime is only possible with the battery case. So after 5...6h you have to put the headphones back into the case where they are recharged.

We would like to offer these at MSRP, the purchase price from our (currently) only supplier is unfortunately also correspondingly higher. :( It seems that the gold version is generally harder to get in the CH market / at a more expensive price than the black one.

No. Sound+ works with Jabra perfectly. I don`t think you can use Apple products with Sound+ app.

Unfortunately no experience with Mac but with Windows and Android. What I notice is that the headphones always connect to the phone first and only switch to the laptop when there is an active Skype call. Maybe it would help to disconnect the headphones from the phone and see if they work with the laptop as desired. If this works, I would see the fault in the software between Apple and Jabra. If the microphone doesn't work either, I would suspect a hardware defect in the headphones.

Hello Phil Yes, you can use the 85t with teams etc. without any problems. Ideally, you should use the Jabra USB dongle. This gives you even more settings to choose from than if you connect the headphones directly to Bluetooth. I usually connect to the PC (via the dongle) and the mobile phone at the same time and set it in the settings so that when a call is made, the other connection is automatically disconnected as long as the call is active.
I have the Huawei P20 pro and use the 85t, connection works perfectly.

When I bought mine everything was new. Did you not by accident buy the used or showroom option? Digitec's customer service is very good. I am sure they will sort it out.
