Question about Jabra Elite 85t

Hi, does anyone have experience using the headset with a laptop (ideally Mac)? We ordered the headphones and pairing was super easy. However, the mic does not work. We have tested FaceTime and Zoom.... Doesn't work. (No sound or mic on Zoom) even though we selected the Jabra Elite as the source in the settings. Are we missing something?

Unfortunately no experience with Mac but with Windows and Android. What I notice is that the headphones always connect to the phone first and only switch to the laptop when there is an active Skype call.
Maybe it would help to disconnect the headphones from the phone and see if they work with the laptop as desired. If this works, I would see the fault in the software between Apple and Jabra. If the microphone doesn't work either, I would suspect a hardware defect in the headphones.

I couldn't do it with Windows 10 either until I pressed extremely long on the Jabra Elite, then it recognised it and the pairing worked. Good luck!
